Speed of light is slowing down – was Einstein wrong?
Dr João Magueijo, who will deliver a free public lecture on Thursday evening at UNSW, caused a scientific furore in 1999 when he published a paper claiming that light may have travelled much faster at the Big Bang than it does now. Now Reader in Theoretical Physics at Imperial College in London, Dr Magueijo's first attempts to publish his ideas in the scientific press was met with derision.

 SystemRescueCd, un CD d'inici basat en Linux pensat per a recuperar un ordinador en cas de patir qualsevol mena de problema que n'impedeixi l'accés
SystemRescueCd is a linux system on a bootable cdrom for repairing your system and your data after a crash. It also aims to provide an easy way to carry out admin tasks on your computer, such as creating and editing the partitions of the hard disk. It contains a lot of system utilities (parted, partimage, fstools, ...) and basic ones (editors, midnight commander, network tools). It aims to be very easy to use: just boot from the cdrom, and you can do everything. The kernel of the system supports most important file systems (ext2/ext3, reiserfs, xfs, jfs, vfat, ntfs, iso9660), and network ones (samba and nfs).
Here are the main system tools:
- GNU Parted is the best tool for editing your disk partitions under linux
- QtParted is a Partition Magic clone for Linux.
- Partimage is a Ghost/Drive-image clone for Linux
- File systems tools (e2fsprogs, reiserfsprogs, xfsprogs, jfsutils, ntfsprogs, dosfstools): they allow you to format, resize, debug an existing partition of your hard disk
- Sfdisk allows you to backup and restore your partition table

Tres nous troians per als Nokia de la sèrie 60
- SymbOS.Sendtool.A, que un cop instal·lat s'envia a altres telèfons que té al costat via Bluetooth.
- SymbOS.Pbstealer.D, envia els contactes, el calendari, la llista de tasques i la llibreta de notes als telèfons que té al seu voltant via Bluetooth.
- SymbOS.Bootton.E, un troià emprenyador doncs remena el telèfon fins deixar-lo inútil, el reinicia el telèfon... i després d'iniciar el telèfon és totalment inoperatiu i torna a reiniciar-se.
