[DMEurope.com] Travellers rejecting hotels with iffy wi-fi service - survey. Si un hotel ofereix un accés a Internet dolent, molts usuaris no hi tornaran.
More than half of hotel guests questioned would not stay in a hotel again if they were dissatisfied with the wi-fi internet service provided and a quarter of respondents would tell co-workers, friends and family.

Charlatans. the fakes in the industry. Below, we point out a few cases of fakes walking among us. Some of the groups or companies listed below don't fall so much into the 'charlatan' category, but are pointed out for other reasons. Security companies getting broken into, companies lying about statistics to scare people and drum up business, or other questionable/ironic events should be noted. Fred Cohen has written an interesting paper entitled "The Seedy Side of Security" which covers some of the concerns we share.
